Job Description Summary

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the face of Cushman & Wakefield, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a positive experience at Erin Mills Town Centre. Your primary responsibility will be to provide information, support, and shopper services to customers and other visitors, while maintaining a "beyond the booth" demeanor. You will act as a liaison with tenants and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Your role will also involve managing telephone, email, and in-person inquiries, as well as preparing and managing various customer tracking initiatives. You will be responsible for providing customer assistance with all available shopping centre services, assisting other shopping centre personnel in providing an exceptional customer experience, and promoting a safe and clean environment. Additionally, you will assist with various on-site promotions and events, set up tables, chairs, and stanchions, and cultivate relationships with the shopping centre's retailers. You will also monitor the online presence of the shopping centre and its retailers, inform the Guest Services Supervisor of any email inquiries, and respond when required. You will be responsible for collating various documentation for shopping centre distribution, compiling and updating store and directory information, ballot counting, and assisting with various display set-ups. You will maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, monitor and maintain appropriate levels of administration supplies, gift cards, etc. You will also be responsible for other duties as assigned by the Guest Services Supervisor. Your goal will be to ensure that Erin Mills Town Centre customers leave the shopping centre with all of their needs met.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills with a drive to go above and beyond
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Be able to lift items up to 25 pounds
  • Various computer skills such as Microsoft Office
  • Competent in an online environment such as social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and website, etc.
  • Creative and self-motivated
  • Must be available to work all shifts, days, evening, and especially weekends.
