Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure that client needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the banking industry
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
