About the Role
We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our team in St. Stephen, Canada. As a local market leader, you will motivate and coach your team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver results and support new client acquisitions through multiple channels.
- Lead change and allocate resources to meet community needs, growing sales, revenue, and market share.
- Evaluate employee engagement and implement strategies to ensure high levels of employee capability and motivation.
- Inspire and orchestrate retailing excellence to deliver memorable client experiences.
- Counsel your team on client advice and education, problem resolution, and digital enablement.
Requirements
- Mutual Funds accreditation (IFIC or CSC) and 2 years of licensed mutual funds sales experience within the last 3 years.
- Completed an acceptable mutual fund branch management exam offered by the CSI, or ability to write an exam within 4 months of start date.
- Minimum 3 years in a people management role.
- Entrepreneurial business acquisition mindset.
- Ability to employ digital channels and drive client awareness.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
