Branch Operations Manager

As our Branch Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily functions at our Montreal branch. To succeed in this role, you must have a background in Logistics/eCommerce, along with effective time management, strong communication, accountability, and flexibility. **Key Areas of Responsibility**
This position will report directly to Stallion Express Headquarters. In this role, there will of cross-collaboration with the Operations team, Customer Service team and Account Management team in various provinces.
- Ensure day-to-day operations adhere to all of Stallion's processes and protocols.
- Train and manage a small team of drivers and warehouse associates.
- Ensure the team is adhering to all safety requirements.
- Perform administrative duties, such as border documentation.
- Assist team with daily operations on the floor and on the road (e.g. receiving, scanning, sorting, loading, pickups, etc.) to ensure the work is completed in a timely manner.
- Provide coaching and valuable feedback to direct reports (warehouse team members, drivers, etc).
- Promotes Stallion's culture and values within the team.
- Provide exceptional customer service for all walk-in clients.
**Requirements**:
- Bilingual in French & English is a MUST.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a leadership role (Logistics experience preferred).
- Valid Class 5 License and ability to enter the USA if needed
- Flexible schedule to accommodate a fast-paced business.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trusting and supportive relationships with team members.
- Must be trustworthy and reliable (it's you running the show).
- Able to stand for long periods of time and be physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Can multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Decisive, assertive, and strong communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Must be proactive and be comfortable helping out in all aspects of the operations when necessary.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
