Job Description:
Join the Redevelopment Projects Department, FM-PRO, as an integral member of a high-profile development project team. Your key responsibilities will include managing design assist construction contracts, overseeing financial activities, preparing schedules and specifications, negotiating contractual agreements, reviewing changes, and monitoring construction progress.
Key Qualifications:
- A degree in Architecture or Engineering or equivalent combination of education, training, work, and project experience;
- 10+ years of relevant and progressive experience;
- Certified PMP is an asset;
- LEED, Construction Gold Seal is an asset;
- CSA Infection Control is an asset;
- PEng. OAA, RPP are an asset;
- Excellent problem-solving, change, and risk management skills;
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- High level of organization;
- Relationship management skills to build trust with stakeholders;
- Technical knowledge of construction means and methods;
- Aptitude for presentations, meeting facilitation, and negotiation;
- Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders effectively;
- Political acuity;
- Ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
