A Project Coordinator at Johnson Service Group is responsible for assisting the Project Manager in all aspects of large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, with experience working in steel fabrication and/or construction, welding, structures, and estimating complex projects.

Johnson Service Group is a leading provider of services to the construction industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.
- Work closely with clients to facilitate and maintain excellent relationships.
- Review drawings to determine compliance with design.
- Review and price site instructions.
- Calculate and submit monthly invoices.
- Attend site coordination meetings.
- Prepare requisitions for material orders.
- Schedule deliveries and coordinate site labour.
- Keep up-to-date records of submittals and review drawings.
- Collaborate with general contractors and other trades to ensure the project is completed within the determined deadline.
Requirements
- Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) degree is an asset.
- Professional experience working in the environment of steel fabrication and/or construction, welding, structures, and estimating complex projects.
- Experience in construction projects within the expected scope, quality, schedule, and budget.
- Experience must span the full cycle of a project.
- Experience with AUTOCAD and Microsoft Office.
Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
