Project Manager for Large Scale Architectural Projects

• Oversee the successful execution of architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to meet client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to facilitate project progress and resolve issues.
• Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct regular project meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate project status updates to key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations throughout the design and construction phases of the project.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field;
• Professional Architectural license (OAA) required - or close to completion;
• 6 years of local experience in architectural project management;
• PMP and LEED accreditation a big plus;
• A Revit portfolio of warehouse and distribution centers, and large scale commercial facilities;
• Experience with SPA, zoning, permits, SD, DD, WDs & CDs, CA duties;
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in industry-related software and tools;
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities;
• Knowledge of Ontario building codes;
