Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Eastern Ontario. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales volume growth and prioritizing customer satisfaction in the Eastern Ontario region.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business development for the Eastern Ontario territory, primarily on the road.
  • Visit existing customers and potential customers to showcase our products and services.
  • Prepare and submit work progress reports to clients.
  • Ensure exceptional after-sales service for customers.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales development, preferably in the agricultural field.
  • Advanced spoken and written English language skills (mandatory) and bilingualism in French and English (an asset).
  • Autonomy, proactivity, resourcefulness, and a sense of initiative.
  • Team spirit, excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Perseverance, focus on results, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of Eastern Ontario and/or residence in a nearby area (an asset).
  • Knowledge of the agricultural environment and/or grain storage and transportation equipment (an asset).
  • Sales experience on the road (an asset).
