Agricultural Sales Professional for Eastern Ontario

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Eastern Ontario. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales volume growth and prioritizing customer satisfaction in the Eastern Ontario region.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct business development for the Eastern Ontario territory, primarily on the road.
- Visit existing customers and potential customers to showcase our products and services.
- Prepare and submit work progress reports to clients.
- Ensure exceptional after-sales service for customers.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales development, preferably in the agricultural field.
- Advanced spoken and written English language skills (mandatory) and bilingualism in French and English (an asset).
- Autonomy, proactivity, resourcefulness, and a sense of initiative.
- Team spirit, excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Perseverance, focus on results, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of Eastern Ontario and/or residence in a nearby area (an asset).
- Knowledge of the agricultural environment and/or grain storage and transportation equipment (an asset).
- Sales experience on the road (an asset).
