Albright Manor, a charitable non-profit long term care home in the Region of Niagara, is seeking a qualified Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for a part-time position.

Job Summary

This permanent part-time RPN position offers an opportunity to develop relationships with residents, provide clinical care, and participate in multi-disciplinary teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care while working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes.

 

Responsibilities

The RPN will:

  • Provide nursing care for residents in long-term care under the direction of senior nursing staff
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal resident outcomes
  • Develop relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in educational opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

 

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

  • Be currently registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Demonstrate excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Meet the physical demands of the position

 

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $31.28-$33.35 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Overtime pay and flexible scheduling options may also be available.

 

Language Requirements

French language proficiency is not required for this role.

 

Shift Information

This part-time position requires a commitment of no less than 7.5 hours per week. Shifts may include morning, evening, or night shifts, with a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
