Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in implementing business initiatives and achieving store goals, focusing on Operations, Brand, and Talent. Ensure consistent execution of store responsibilities, including daily store operations.
Main Accountabilities:
- Achieve/exceed sales goals and performance metrics through revenue-building strategies.
- Coach and develop staff to excel in individual and store goals, including coaching the sales lead team and preparing them for an Assistant Store Manager role.
- Deliver a world-class shopping experience by executing the Extraordinary Brand Selling and Service Culture and Concierge Program, establishing a customer base, anticipating customer needs, and addressing customer challenges.
- Partner with the Store Manager to provide ongoing specific and immediate coaching and feedback to staff.
- Assist the Store Manager in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of all store positions.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving financial and operational objectives, including expense control, Loss Prevention audits/checklists, and weekly reports.
- Assist with store scheduling, payroll control, and leading the store to achieve sales and EBITDA objectives in the absence of the Store Manager or at the direction of the Store Manager.
- Assist with weekly reporting as directed by the Store Manager.
- Execute and follow all company policies and procedures to make sound business decisions and communicate with all staff members.
Requirements:
- Full-Time Position
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old
- 2-3 years of high-volume store management experience
- Must have availability and ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a retail business and consumer
- Retail Operations knowledge, including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, store budget preparation, and loss prevention
- Strong computer skills, including POS Systems and Microsoft Office, math skills, and phone skills
- Staff Development Experience: knowledge in staffing, coaching, counseling, training, and development
- Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service
- Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English
