Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at SANDBOX VR. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily store operations, evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily operations, managing staff and assigning duties, and studying market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control daily store operations
  • Evaluate daily store operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and organize daily store operations to meet sales and profit goals
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail store management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of retail operations and management principles
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
