About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Sales Floor Manager to lead our team at UGG. As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.
- Develop and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and store operations to ensure a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Two to four years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role at Deckers Brands.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools and applications.
