Your Opportunity
Our Winnipeg office is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager, SR&ED Expert to join the SR&ED and Government Incentives team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting SR&ED client engagements, focusing on the manufacturing, natural resources, and clean technology/environmental industries.
- Engaging and maintaining relationships with clients, becoming a trusted and influential advisor, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Examining client operations and processes to determine eligibility for various grants, tax credits, and funding programs.
- Effectively communicating with team members regarding progress updates and issues.
- Providing clients with professional and timely advice related to documentation and compliance with SR&ED program requirements.
- Gathering internal and external client resources utilization and assisting with costing activities.
- Assisting and guiding clients during technical reviews with the CRA.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a candidate with a University degree and/or strong technical expertise in a specific field of science and engineering. You should have 2+ years of SR&ED experience, excellent technical writing skills, and strong editorial capabilities. You should also value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work, and display strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
