About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Paradigm Consulting Group. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and implementing initiatives that enable our customers to maximize their investments in their business processes and information technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams with budgets from $1M to $5M and up, ensuring successful project delivery and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior project managers and team members to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' demonstrated experience in project delivery with a significant IT component.
  • Experience leading project teams with budgets from $1M to $5M and up.
  • Strong communication, organizational, planning, relationship, and vendor contract management skills.
  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Industry experience obtained from more than one industry, such as Insurance, Crown Corporations, Public Sectors, Healthcare, and Telecommunications.
  • Formal Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from a recognized educational facility.
  • PM certificates such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe.
  • Other relevant certifications such as PROSCI, ITIL, Six Sigma.
