Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Environmental Project Manager to join our team in Easton, MA or Holden, MA. The successful candidate will lead diverse projects, manage multidisciplinary technical teams, and deliver high-quality work on environmental site assessment and remediation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Lead and motivate technical teams to achieve project goals.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
- Assist with sales and cross-selling efforts to grow business opportunities.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
- Develop and implement strategies for environmental site assessment and remediation projects.
- Prepare and review technical reports and documents.
- Mentor and develop junior staff members.

Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- 15-20+ years of experience in environmental consulting, sustainable engineering, and project management.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
