About the Role

BHAG CONSTRUCTION INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant - Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing and distributing meeting materials, taking minutes, and maintaining records.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
    • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Communication
    • Respond to electronic inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Organizational Skills
    • Plan and organize daily operations, including prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • Permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week.
    • Language of work: English.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
