Claims Recovery Specialist

At Element Fleet Management, we're redefining the fleet management industry to prioritize people and deliver exceptional client experiences. As a Claims Recovery Specialist, you'll play a critical role in our team's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue subrogation claims for recovery on potential claims
- Obtain liable third-party claim information to expedite the subrogation demand process
- Investigate and secure required third-party claim information when necessary
- Communicate with third parties, insurance carriers, and customers to resolve claims
- Properly document claims and manage claim workflow to provide visibility and understanding of the process
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- College degree and 1+ year of business professional phone experience or 3+ years of business professional phone experience and administrative experience required
- Previous subrogation/claims processing or recovery background preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) knowledge
- Strong communication and conflict management skills
- Ability to navigate approved internet sites to research needed information
