Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at House of India. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and order new supplies as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
