Job Summary

Nimbark Inc is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in determining service types, enforcing liquor legislation, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 32 to 40 hours of work per week
