As a ReBird Team Leader at Arc'teryx, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled repair technicians in ensuring that customer garments are repaired to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve repair turnaround times and maintain Arc'teryx standards of quality
  • Repair products when necessary and ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standards
  • Communicate internally with the team and other departments to ensure that all issues related to repairs are addressed
  • Develop and maintain Arc'teryx product and technical knowledge to innovate new repair techniques and processes
  • Plan and prepare workload processes to ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively
  • Set and communicate KPIs to the team and proactively address issues and concerns
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in an apparel repair/construction role
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with people in a professional manner under all circumstances
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
