  • Establish office procedures and routines, streamlining our operations for maximum efficiency.
  • Schedule appointments and confirm details, ensuring seamless coordination with team members and external parties.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages, providing a professional and courteous service to our clients and partners.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information, supporting our decision-making processes with accurate and up-to-date insights.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring our workspace remains stocked and efficient.
  • Greet clients and direct them to the relevant contacts or service areas, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring easy access to critical documents and records.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all our communications.
