Job Title: Administrative & Secretarial Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative & Secretarial Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to our team at beBee Professionals in Kitchener.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Preparing documents and other administrative tasks
  • Providing exceptional support to the team
