We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at PETRO CANADA. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as scheduling appointments and providing customer service.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and a secondary school graduation certificate. They must be willing to relocate and have a strong understanding of digital database management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Arranging and coordinating events
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining and managing digital databases

We offer a 35-hour workweek and a permanent work term. The language of work is English.
