Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Nexus Immigration & Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide information and support to customers regarding our services and products
  • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and promotional campaigns
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
