As a Barista Market Developer at Oatly AB, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our brand as the leading dairy-free alternative in Vancouver's vibrant coffee scene. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging your expertise to cultivate strong relationships with coffee shop owners and baristas, driving brand awareness and promoting trial experiences for Oatly.
  • Utilizing your network of influential individuals to advocate for Oatly, embodying our brand values with enthusiasm and comprehensive product knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the specialty coffee industry, with demonstrable commercial experience and a deep understanding of Vancouver's coffee landscape.

Key Qualifications:

  • Solid experience within the specialty coffee industry with demonstrable commercial experience.
  • Deep understanding of Vancouver's coffee landscape attuned to emerging trends and market dynamics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Alignment with Oatly's mission of sustainability, nutritional health, and trust.
  • Ability to thrive in an unconventional work structure, demonstrating a proactive approach and comfort with ambiguity.
