About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Barista Market Developer to join our team at Oatly AB. As a Barista Market Developer, you will be instrumental in establishing Oatly Barista Edition as the leading dairy-free alternative in Vancouver's coffee channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of coffee shops in the area to cultivate strong relationships and drive brand awareness.
  • Promote trial experiences for Oatly and utilize your network of influential individuals to advocate for the brand.
  • Execute the development strategy for Oatly Barista Edition within the city scene, injecting your personal insights and creativity.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience within the specialty coffee industry with demonstrable commercial experience.
  • Deep understanding of Vancouver's coffee landscape, attuned to emerging trends and market dynamics.
  • The personality to succeed in this role, collaborative, energetic, flexible, humble, dedicated, supportive, reliable, positive, and trustworthy.
