Our Opportunity:
The Sr. Manager, Espresso Innovation will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative espresso-based products and solutions for Tim Hortons, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop new espresso-based products and beverages.
- Collaborate with coffee sourcing, category marketing, and external vendors to create unique and compelling espresso experiences.
- Lead the development of coffee-centric innovation, focusing on espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages.
- Manage the end-to-end process of product innovation, from concept to commercialization.
- Ensure quality, taste, and operational feasibility of new products, balancing cost, quality, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Significant technical coffee experience, including recipe development, coffee profiling, and sensory evaluations.
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and espresso, with professional qualifications or accreditations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
