  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week, with a mix of morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required, and we are committed to providing opportunities for further education and training.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide support to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
  • Manage room reservations, registrations, and departures, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including amenities and local attractions.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, and handle guest payments and currency exchange.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including cash balances and inventory management.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages, providing excellent communication and customer service.
  • Perform clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Offer general information about local points of interest and attractions, and provide recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Ensure compliance with emergency and safety procedures, and maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Deliver requested wake-up calls and provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Supervision and Support:
  • Supervise 3-4 team members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure success.
  • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, and apply accessible and inclusive recruitment policies.
  • Recruit newcomers and refugees, and provide support to create a welcoming work environment for youth, veterans, and indigenous people.
