Job Title: Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Family Dental Care. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our dental practice, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our dental team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Scheduling: Manage our scheduling system, ensuring that patient appointments are scheduled efficiently and effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, including medical histories and treatment plans.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other staff members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
