Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is a key member of the Assured Automotive team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent execution of our customer-centric operating plan, focusing on providing WOW experiences for our customers.

  • Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our repair management system, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

  • Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain necessary repair authorization documentation to facilitate vehicle disassembly for repairs.

  • Prepare repair order work packets, including quality control checklists, work orders, and parts lists, to ensure accurate and efficient repair processes.

  • Record all communication with customers and insurance partners during the repair process, using our repair management system to track interactions and updates.

  • Confirm car rental information and update our repair management system with rental car usage details.

  • Manage our automated rental management system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on vehicle rentals.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as administration assistant, preferred.

  • 1 year of experience in an auto body or similar work environment, including previous customer service experience, preferred.

  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating multitasking skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

  • Valid driver's license required.
