Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining our facilities and assets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of owned and leased properties, including property files and lease agreements.
  • Ensure timely renewal of leases and mortgages, and monitor expiration dates to prevent lapses.
  • Coordinate with directors to complete Ministry Infrastructure Surveys and develop competitive tenders for large capital projects.
  • Manage a database of leased and owned vehicles, ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines and policies.
  • Review and analyze data to provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives and facilities management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in asset management, finance, or procurement.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a community-based setting or non-profit organization is an asset.
