Club Med, a world-renowned family-centric all-inclusive leisure and vacation service provider, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Travel Experience Designer to join our team in Toronto.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating personalized travel experiences for clients. This includes welcoming walk-ins at the Agency, using our DESIGN method to assist them in planning their dream vacations, and ensuring customer follow-up and satisfaction.

To achieve this goal, the successful candidate will establish and understand client expectations and needs from the first interaction, create tailor-made trips based on their requirements, and provide excellent up-to-date knowledge of Club Med's resorts and destinations.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome new and returning clients with a friendly, approachable, and helpful manner.
  • Create a personalized and lasting relationship with clients by proactively supporting them throughout the journey exchange.
  • Ensure customer follow-up and satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Create tailor-made travel experiences for clients based on their needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • High energy, customer-focused sales professionals who are confident and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French are mandatory.
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to work 40 hours weekly, flexible for any shift between 9am and 9pm Monday through Friday, and between 9:30am and 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive hourly pay rate of $18-$22 per hour.
