Sales Team Lead

G. Central Market Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to ensure that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
