Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Andersen Inn & Suites. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and supervising a team of hotel staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, ensuring seamless daily operations and excellent customer service.
- Assist guests with special needs, providing personalized support and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Coordinate and review work assignments, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train new staff members, providing guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring the hotel's inventory is well-stocked and up-to-date.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
