Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Ice Cream Counter Attendant to join our team at Baskin-Robbins. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety protocols, cleaning equipment and surfaces, and restocking supplies.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
