Job Title: Technical Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Implementation Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in planning, scheduling, building, implementing, supporting, and ensuring quality control for software solution implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and schedule software solution implementations
  • Build, implement, and support software solutions to meet business requirements
  • Install and configure third-party components within hosted/remote server infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar IT technical role
  • Proven ability to work with various tools and languages
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux Server administration
  • Excellent experience in IT-related projects and software installation/administration/configuration
  • Working coding experience with Oracle PL/SQL and Java/JavaScript
  • Strong scripting experience (Perl, shell, batch, etc.)
  • Experience with creating and updating reports (Jasper Reports, Crystal Reports, etc.)
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • At minimum, diploma/certificate in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
