Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Implementation Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders to plan, schedule, build, implement, support, and ensure quality control for software solution implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and schedule software solution implementations
  • Build and implement software solutions to meet business requirements
  • Provide technical support and ensure quality control for implemented solutions
  • Install and configure third-party components within hosted/remote server infrastructure
  • Create and update reports using Jasper Reports, Crystal Reports, and other tools
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar IT technical role with solid knowledge of various tools and languages
  • Excellent experience in IT-related projects, including software installation, administration, and configuration
  • Working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Java/JavaScript, and scripting languages (Perl, shell, batch, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with different levels and types of users
  • At minimum, diploma/certificate in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
