Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team in Prince Albert. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a Customer-Centric Experience: Ensure the needs of our clients are met and that we fulfill our promise to make life accessible. This includes delivering and assembling mobility devices, demonstrating and introducing clients to the equipment, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Drive Business Growth: Conduct research, make cold calls, and expand our client base. Build relationships with clients, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare facilities in our community to increase sales and revenue.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders, and maintain contact to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train and Be Trained: Spend time with our technicians to learn the functionality of mobility devices and gain comfort with the basic mechanics. Increase product knowledge to confidently demo and sell the best choices to clients.
- Create and Document: Track sales leads and client details in our CRM, craft business proposals and quotes, and provide Customer Value Plans to find opportunities to add benefit to existing devices and services.
- Experience: Some experience in a customer-facing sales and service position, ideally with exposure to our client base and products or an open mind and willingness to learn.
- Construction Skills: Comfortable using a range of tools and equipment, with experience assembling, building, or repairing.
- Communication and Collaboration Skills: Process-oriented and highly detailed, with excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Empathy and Respect: Engage clients in a meaningful way to ensure their individualized needs are met, approaching every interaction with respect, professionalism, and empathy.
- Flexibility: Valid driver's license, ability to travel to client homes, schools, and hospitals throughout the Prince Albert region, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, Class 5 driver's license, and a clean criminal background check and bondability.
