About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team in Prince Albert. As a Sales Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their mobility needs and provide personalized solutions to enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by understanding client needs and providing tailored mobility solutions.
  • Drive business growth by expanding our client base and increasing sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, therapists, caregivers, and healthcare facilities in the community.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and training to effectively demonstrate and sell our mobility devices.
  • Document all sales leads and client interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing sales and service role, preferably in the rehabilitation or healthcare industry.
  • Comfortable using a range of tools and equipment, with experience in assembling, building, or repairing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Empathy and respect for clients, with the ability to engage them in a meaningful way to understand their individualized needs.
  • Flexibility to travel to client homes, schools, and hospitals throughout the Prince Albert region.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean criminal background check.
