About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist, Kitchen Design to join our team at RONA. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience when purchasing kitchen and bath products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with their information and product requirements, and provide personalized recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Sales and Consultation: Use effective questioning and listening techniques to identify and qualify customer requirements, and provide detailed information on suggested products and alternatives.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest kitchen and bath products, and be able to provide expert advice on features and benefits.
  • Design and Layout: Use computer-aided design software to create custom kitchen and bath designs, and provide customers with detailed layouts and specifications.
  • Order Processing: Source products for customers, prepare special orders, and confirm specifications and delivery dates with suppliers.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that products are properly merchandised and displayed.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and objections in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of kitchen and bath products, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • Sales and Consultation Skills: Above-average sales skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Design and Layout Skills: Proficiency in computer-aided design software, with the ability to create custom kitchen and bath designs.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
