- Drive business growth by expanding our client base and increasing sales revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, therapists, caregivers, and healthcare facilities in the community.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and training to effectively demonstrate and sell our mobility devices.
- Document all sales leads and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Experience in a customer-facing sales and service role, preferably in the rehabilitation or healthcare industry.
- Comfortable using a range of tools and equipment, with experience in assembling, building, or repairing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Empathy and respect for clients, with the ability to engage them in a meaningful way to understand their individualized needs.
- Flexibility to travel to client homes, schools, and hospitals throughout the Prince Albert region.
- Valid driver's license and a clean criminal background check.
