ROLE SUMMARY

Groupe C.T is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our client base, driving business growth, and contributing to the company's success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain a prospect database to identify new business opportunities
  • Engage in commercial activities to qualify profitable business opportunities
  • Influence customer purchasing decisions
  • Manage objections and obstacles
  • Negotiate profitable agreements
  • Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date on solutions and products offered by the company
  • Actively participate in team initiatives

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a business development role
  • Bilingualism (French/English)
  • Experience in the multifunctional devices or document management industry (an asset)
