About the Role:

The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Mobile Mortgage Sales team as a Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant (MMSA). As a key member of our team, you will provide day-to-day support to our Mobile Mortgage Specialists, enabling them to focus on sales and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Mobile Mortgage Specialists, including credit administration, processing, and documentation.
  • Assist with day-to-day work volumes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Support the success of our Mobile Mortgage Specialists by providing timely and effective assistance.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth of our Mobile Mortgage Sales channel.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in mortgage/credit lending or a related field.
  • Superior computer/technology skills, with proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-level accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, and be bilingual (English/French).
