Job Description

Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and effectiveness in Neonatal Intensive Care. Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based solutions.

  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans to address identified gaps in care.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, near misses, and adverse events, and contribute to incident investigation and root cause analysis.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare staff, patients, and families to foster a culture of safety and transparency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • A degree in Nursing or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in clinical practice and leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
