About the Role:

Career Services Manager, International will lead the Career Services team at the Mississauga campus, ensuring international graduates successfully transition into new careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and mentor direct reports.
  • Develop and implement training plans for new Career Services hires.
  • Provide coaching and support to Employment Services team members.
  • Develop strategies to support student employment in their field of study.
  • Advise and support Career Services team members and local Campus Directors with student issues.
  • Establish and maintain employer relationships in the local community.
  • Plan and execute special Career Services events.
  • Monitor quality assurance feedback from students and address concerns.
  • Manage job placement and internship reporting processes.

Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary College Diploma or University Degree in Sales, Education, or Business.
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience in a business-to-business field.
  • Minimum of two years of sales management, career services management, or business management experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an educational environment.
  • Previous experience working in career/employment services in an educational environment is considered an asset.
