Career Services Manager

About the Role:
Career Services Manager, International will lead the Career Services team at the Mississauga campus, ensuring international graduates successfully transition into new careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and mentor direct reports.
- Develop and implement training plans for new Career Services hires.
- Provide coaching and support to Employment Services team members.
- Develop strategies to support student employment in their field of study.
- Advise and support Career Services team members and local Campus Directors with student issues.
- Establish and maintain employer relationships in the local community.
- Plan and execute special Career Services events.
- Monitor quality assurance feedback from students and address concerns.
- Manage job placement and internship reporting processes.
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary College Diploma or University Degree in Sales, Education, or Business.
- Minimum of two years of sales experience in a business-to-business field.
- Minimum of two years of sales management, career services management, or business management experience preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in an educational environment.
- Previous experience working in career/employment services in an educational environment is considered an asset.
