The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist capacity. You'll be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.



As a Receptionist at Broadstreet Properties Ltd., you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:




  • Responding to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Preparing and packaging items for shipping on a daily basis
  • Ordering and maintaining office and boardroom supplies
  • Arranging and booking meetings in boardrooms and off-site locations
  • Presenting a positive and professional image of the organization to all visitors and interactions
  • Observing and reporting any security, maintenance, or cleanliness issues to the Office Manager
  • Maintaining the mailroom, lobby, and front reception areas with a high attention to detail
  • Organizing and distributing mail
  • Supporting daily lunch program operations


What we're looking for in a candidate:




  • Post-secondary education in office administration or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct work experience in a receptionist capacity
  • Ability to adjust and be flexible to meet changing work needs and demands
  • Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other software
  • Able to maintain filing systems and basic databases
  • Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and confidential at all times
