Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sheila Idio Oviedo. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Google Docs, MS Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of accounting software and financial terminology
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
