Job Title: Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team at Sheila Idio Oviedo. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, responding to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
  • Organization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring seamless access to information.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, as needed.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating events, seminars, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are taken care of.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Bilingual.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Adobe Photoshop, and accounting software.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Finance and insurance, education, advertising, marketing, and public relations agency, investment company.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and repetitive tasks.
