Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Mountain Warehouse Ltd. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to maximize sales and drive customer engagement
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase products that meet customer needs and drive sales
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, security, and customer service standards
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
