Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at 4TH & 20 VAPE CO.
Job Summary:The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall operation of our retail store, including managing staff, controlling inventory, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as conduct performance reviews and oversee payroll administration.
- Inventory Management: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, as well as implement inventory control software.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies, study market research and trends, and determine merchandise and services to be sold.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and handle heavy loads.
